Conservative logic we can't take away their right to own a gun because of our make believe view of the 2nd amendment but by golly we sure can take away all their other constitutional rights that aren't make believe.

Taking someone's rights away after they kill a bunch people doesn't prevent people getting.killed.in mass shootings.

Death penalty cases take so long to play out because of defendants' constitutional rights. Expediting the death penalty would necessitate abolishing some of those constitutional rights. My argument has everything to do with the topic.

And really it's a bull shit solution anyway. Most of these mass shooters don't plan to survive their attack.  Giving them an accelerated death penalty is just giving them what they want quicker.

Id rather see them suffer for a lifetime in prison than getting a quick exit. Most of these shooters are younger white males. A lifetime in prison won't be easy for them. Put them on death row and they are housed outside gen pop which spares them from all the beatings and ass rapes.

 Put them to death - they have forfeited their right to live. Letting them live for years at tax payer expense is stupid. Maybe putting these murderers promptly put to death would be a deterrant and give future murderers something to think about. 

Aside from all the childish spelling and grammar errors in the above post, the idea is stupid. The concept expressed by Mark is that a life sentence would be a WORSE sentence than a swift execution for these RepubliQ mass killers. I agree. They go bananas with their Goober-47s and EXPECT to eventually be gunned down. Most if not all mass shootings are suicide missions. Why not give them a nice long lifetime of isolation and misery instead of the quick death they were seeking all along?
