Pete Hegseth's Mom Sent Him An Email Condemming His Character And Called Him An Abuser Of Women

The investigation of this particular 'sexual assault'  incident cleared Hegseth. These kind of sudden accusations around political appointees or candidates always reek a bit until all the facts are known.

There's enough info floating around regarding Hegseth's proclivities to second-guess his general moral character, but that doesn't convict him as a rapist. Yet, the damage is likely irreversible. I'm speculating he won't survive the confirmation process ( if he lasts that long). I'd foresee another nominee for this position pretty soon. We'll see.

True, the accusations reek, but that is par for the lying liberal media and the DemocRats. The end result may well be as you suppose - this whole episode reminds one of the tactics that were used for/against the Supreme Court nomination of Brett Kavanaugh, the nomination Matt Gaetz and many others in the political arena.

Yeah, the Kavanaugh persecution was particularly bothersome..and wrong; specifically  when all the time and money associated with that debacle are considered ( along with his now documented innocence).

I think maybe the total dirt accumulated regarding Gaetz might have had some merit, though..because there were several Republicans concerned about it both in front of and behind closed doors. The juicy fight in his case must've been deemed "not worth the squeeze" by the associated powers that be.. In that case the replacement, Pam Bondi, is well qualified and deserving; they haven't dug up any falsehoods on her yet.

All true. I am all for having the most qualified person holding a position, but I, and many others, are sick of the corrupt actions of the DemocRats concerning Republican nominations. Between them and the corrupt lying liberal media it is difficult to get anyone approved in Congress - they have a self serving interest in embellishing falsehoods while hiding the truth.

So how is it working out for Pistol Pete? Trump only hires the best people right?

At least until they get fired, which seemed to happen with regularity in his first term.......jury still out on this new term, so we'll see.

  You here again,liar?

Pentagon is a clusterfuck under Hegseth : top Pentagon spokesperson

Drunk Gomer Pyle isnt doing a good job running the largest agency in the government responsible for national security.

“It’s been a month of total chaos at the Pentagon. From leaks of sensitive operational plans to mass firings, the dysfunction is now a major distraction for the president — who deserves better from his senior leadership,” John Ullyot, who served as the acting assistant to Hegseth for public affairs before resigning last week, wrote in the Politico Magazine piece.

“President Donald Trump has a strong record of holding his top officials to account. Given that, it’s hard to see Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth remaining in his role for much longer,” Ullyot continued.
