I'll clue David in. The Republicans filed this lawsuit so Philadelphia will count these votes last.  The purpose is to create a red mirage so they can claim fraud when the Democratic votes comes in.

Of course. We're going to see a lot of red mirages, and a lot of RepublQ bleating that mail-in ballots shouldn't be counted.
