The Platforms - It Is Obvious

One of the many, many unconstitutional things the evil Turd is doing is denying those people due process.

The deportation order is due process

No, actually, people are being rounded up, detained, sent to prison camps, and thrown out of the country whether or not they have a deportation order.

Also, the orders are not the lawful end of due process; the subjects have rights. Even if they ARE brown.

Stupid racist asshole fascist Tom.

There are no prison camps.  Aligator Alcatraz is a holding facility for people awaiting deportation.  People are not being thrown out without a deportation order.

A deportation order, also known as an "order of removal," is a legal judgment issued by U.S. immigration authorities that mandates the removal of a foreign national from the United States. The appeal timeline is strict.  One has 30 days from the immigration judge’s decision to file an appeal. Missing this deadline means one can’t challenge the deportation order anymore.

Since almost all the 1.4m people with a deportation order have passed the 30 day window, there is no appeal and for someone with a deportation order it is bye bye.

Liberals keep saying nobody is above the except for the people who they think are above the law.  Somehow they think illegals fall into this category. That is probably because without illegals they won't have a source of new voters

Tom, Boilerman and Trump keep telling us the illegal immigrants they are rounding up are gang members, mental patients, and people with criminal records.

But the press keeps showing us they are just hard working people.

And all the MAGA hypocrites who voted for a convicted felon claim they cant tolerate those hard working people because they broke the law.      MAGA has  a real problem with people who break the law.

Criminals can have jobs & illegals with deportation orders can have jobs

So the jobs argument is irrelevant.

More and more illegals are not showing up for their hearings so the list of those with deportation orders will increase.

Are their criminal records relevant, Tom?

A record 59,000 people were currently being held in ICE detention as of June 23 — nearly half of them with no criminal record, CBS News reported last week.

Trump got a record amount of Latino support for Republicans in the last election.   That was in some part due to their frustration with the border.   And Trump can get legitimate credit for locking the border down.     If he did that and actually went after the criminal immigrants like he said he would be very popular on that front right now.

But instead he's having his Hitler youth immigration Nazi round up working immigrants who have been here for 20 years working at jobs and contributing to society.     Nobody voted for masked officers rounding up day laborers and meat packers.      Not to mention breaking up their families leaving their children homeless.

Thats the kind of scumbaggery that got him in trouble in his first term.    I dont know who is more stupid - Trump or the Latinos who voted for him given his record in the first term.

The rest have legal final deportation orders.  Everthing is legal

Nobody is saying its illegal.  They're saying he's asshole for doing it.   ANd nobody voted for that except other MAGA assholes.   Thats the kinda thing that shows up in elections.

If it is illegal for them to be here then it is legal to remove them

Half of ICE agents are Hispanic - so much for the Hitler youth fantasy.

Didnt democrats say nobody is above the law. Shouldn't that apply to illegals?

That's really racist of you.  Most of South America is not brown.  And why are you so focused on melanin all the time?  These are people.

You honestly think a convicted felon's motto should be nobody is above the law?

Especially after he pardoned all his Jan 6 thugs?

What's next, Tom?   You going to have a zero tolerance policy for people who cheat on their wife?
