Oh yes! Our family Sunday outings in my childhood. Either the train station to watch them come and go (hated that loud steam blasting), or the airport, with benches on the tarmac and usually a popcorn stand, watch the planes come and go pretty much up close. You could even run up to hug grandma as she descended the stairs they let down for folks to deplane. Those were the days!

What's your platform on whether people should be allowed to wear platforms on platforms?
Platforms would be safer than spike heels.
