playoffs

CJ Stroud - he looked like he was scared all day. Houston's defense kept them in the game. Houston- 5 turnovers, the Pat's 3. What a display in ineptitude by both teams.

The Bears had it in the bag until that awful interception. Their QB will never live it down.

Another ugly game for the Rams, but the Bears covered the spread anf should have won that game

The one overall thing I noticed were the incredible number of pass interceptions made during these games.

Winning ugly is better than losing beautifully.   Can't turn it over.....especially in overtime.

Sean McDermott fired after rightfully pointing out the obvious bogus interception call at the end of the game. Apparently the NFL does not like to be embarrassed when the refs make bad calls.

In order for it to be a catch in that situation the receiver has to have control as he is going to the ground & he has to survive the ground.

In this case the receiver caught the ball & as he was going to the ground the db started to strip the ball & as they hit the ground the db had the ball.

Good tough call. The other 4 turnovers including the dumb lateral were a bigger factor in losing the game.

Looking at it in real time, it was a bang/bang call and the DB did end up with it after they rolled.  Pretty hard to say it was a catch if Cooks ends up not having the ball after they hit the ground and rolled.  I think they got it right.

The important thing is that the sportsbooks got the outcome they paid for. The money was heavy, heavy, heavy on Da Bears. Something had to be done.
