No, there isn't currently a pm system here. Although, I suspect there is a plug-in that would enable the ability. You could ask AC about it.
Great question Jatki, I had been wondering the same thing. I think PM would be a great addition (or restoration) to this forum.
I know, I had a bunch of SW drink coopins that went to waste plus there's some people I enjoy talking with away from the board. Maybe AC will do something about it sometime, I was surprised(and happy) to log in here one day and see all the topics back.
