Once again, we have a case of a young black man attempting to flee the scene. Didn't his parents teach him to abide by all police officer orders. Didn't the parents teach their children that it's "yes sir" and "no sir" when dealing with police. Didn't his parents teach him not to fight with police, don't flee, and just do as you're told.

Almost every episode of the TV show, COPS, involves a suspect who resists arrest, runs away and is chased down and tasered by police. Oh - and half the time that person is white (contrary to Boilerman's ignorant stereotype). I've never seen the episode where the fleeing suspect gets shot in the back...and I've never seen a story where that happens in an instance where the suspect is white.
So the narrative that it is somehow justified is inacurate and desperate to rationalize what is clearly irrational. Why would somebody want to justify such a thing?
In defense of the officer it appears as though she meant to draw her taser (which is also backed up by her audio in the video) but she drew her firearm by mistake. Thats not really a defense as it resulted in a homicide. I dont know what degree of manslaughter/murder that falls under but she is clearly negligent.

I don't buy the woman's excuse for a second. She's been on the force for 26 years. And she doesn't know the difference between her gun and her taser? Any halfway trained cop would know to distinguish between the two instantly---precisely to prevent "accidental" shootings.
Of course, if she did indeed make a "mistake," she's grossly incompetent and the police are criminally liable for giving such a person a gun and putting her on the street.

There is blame on both side, but the criminal is the criminal. If you're a criminal, don't flee. If you don't flee you won't be shot. Liberels seem to believe that it's fully exceptable to run from police, fight with police, etc. It's simple, don't do it and you won't be shot.
First off Boiler's theory is complete garbage.
However, from the facts known, it looks clear to me that she was trying to tase him. She yelled it out because she wanted the other officers to stand clear so they wouldn't be shocked. Unless something new comes out, it looks like a case of civil negligence and not a criminal offense.

unarmed White people dont have to worry about getting shot when they resist arrest. Its something unique to minorities. Boilerman struggles with this fact. I cant help him with that. Nor can I entertain his rationilizartion of murder. But thanks for stopping by.
To Boiler, it's not really murder if a Black person is killed: it's "racial adjustment."
He believes that a Black man running from the police is and should be a capital offense, without the bother of a judge, jury, or trial.
