538, whose results David reposted glowingly, rates the top 275 pollsters. Rasmussen didn't make the list..
Rasmussen was not dropped due to its accuracy which 538 rated a B.
They were dropped by Elliott Morris a lead director at 538. He is also the editorial director of ABC News; which serves as a mouthpiece of the democrats. So it is not suprising that he dropped them

I looked at 538 and according to their averages as of today, Biden is 2 tenths ahead of Trump. 40.7 to 40.5. It is neck and neck. Not sure where the 10% comes from....at least not on poll average.
