The mayor of Sioux Falls pleaded for a statewide lockdown order. The governor ignored him, saying there was no need for such an order. Those 350 workers were furloughed and are now running around shaking hands and coughing on people.

As of yesteday, the state has less then 1000 positive tests and 6 deaths.

Secondly, the people are not--"running around shaking hands and coughing on people". -- There is no printed evidence that the mayor "pleaded" for a statewide lockdown order.

Maybe you're too dumb to realize that a lack of available tests means a lack of positive test results?

I went to the local grocery today. They had a whole endcap of Smithfield Sausage Links on sale. They were about 80% off normal prices.
Watch C-SPAN, 6PM CDT (and I think they repeat it) nightly. There is factual information about COVID-19 from real clinical/scientific experts on the virus, all viruses, pandemics, testing, vaccines, etc. It these TRULY knowledgeable people take call in questions from the public. They clarify things people are asking about, have heard, worry about. They gently clear up misunderstandings. Best info I've found.
