Nah, after the Gore / Bush fiasco, they fixed their electoral issues, instituted voter id, and had the count completed 2 hours and 41 minutes after the last polling site closed. Its what a first world country does; FL as a state is leading by example.
Its only the places with Democrat leadership that needs a voting season instead of an election day to complete the count since they are cheating and are purposely messing with the votes of their constituents to get the outcome they want.
