If Congress passes it; then it is legal.  And what is wrong for requiring people to work to get aid?  What is wrong with finding fraud?

More would have been saved if the democrats didn't fight every single dollar as crucial in the existence of the country,  Why do democrats act like there is no fruad?

Congress approved Medicaid funding for every state, which means that withholding it is NOT legal. And finding fraud is one thing; ALLEGING it is another. Plus, you moron, do you think that California and Minnesota ae the only states where Medicaid fraud occurs? Is this about fraud or "retribution"?
