David, you might want to stop posting these Biden pressers. This was one of his better talks. He was speaking better than he normaly does. He absolutely seemed presidential, alert and in control. This one backfired.

You might want to view the video again as America "prospers'" in the current recession and as Americans suffer from the economy. I agree, this was one of his (few) more articulate speaches - but I can not agree with what he states as to the health of America, today and in the future. Time will tell.

MP is right. Biden looked fine and spoke well. Your constant, unrelenting, reflexive speechifying and criticism have little meaning if you do nothing but complain over and over.

He has had 5 weeks off to rest. Why can't he sign these bills in the White House like every other president? Instead he does it at the make believe white house sitting at his 3rd grader desk.

Like before the election when brain dead Biden was hiding in his basement, the 5 weeks he was off allowed his doctors enough time to run tests and recalibrate his dementia medications - given a few weeks, he will revert to the human gaff machine he has been and will continue to be - he will not be getting better, only worse as time goes on. He never was very smart to begin with and has always lied - as can be proven by viewing past videos of his time in government.
