😂 Who makes the criminal laws in those states? Who provides funding for the police in those states? Who appoints the judges in the state criminal appellate court system? It is the Republicans in charge of those Red States that do all of that. Forget crime, a lot red states fail at providing basic services to their cities like clean water and schools. Why do red states fail so badly? Conservatives, including Trump, are always making the argument they should have the Federal Goverment take over blue cities in blue states because Democrats can't manage crime. Don't you think they should start with the crime infested red state cities?

There wasn't anything in their inaccurate. Republicans in Red States control the funding for the police in their blue cities. The sad reality Republicans just don't want to fund majority minority cities in their states. It would mean taking money away from the white rural areas in those states.
