Kevin Lewis expresses his inclination for less-than-humane treatment of those with whom he disagrees:
"I would like to see the Capitol insurrection traitors burned alive, one by one, and the proceedings broadcast on pay-per-view . . ."
There are certainly historical incidents of just such imposition of criminal justice.
Nonetheless, poor old DonDiego suggests a perusual of legal documentation within the United States, say, starting with the Eighth Amendment to the United States Constitution, would prohibit application of such punishment:
"Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted."
For the record, poor old DonDiego enjoys living in the United States with all the protections for all of its citizens, including those with whom he may disagree, over living in a country which would not hesitate to impose such cruel and unusual punishment as Kevin Lewis proposes.
Perhaps, with a bit of research Kevin Lewis would be able to either:
i. find a loophole in the Constitution to allow the Government to burn its citizens alive.
ii. find a Country which administers justice in line with the punishments favored by Kevin Lewis.
A quick online search reveals some possible candidate locations:
