Ok, then, . . .
They've resolved the question of the invalid ballots mixed into the valid ballots by Ms. Snipes. They are going to count all the ballots including the invalid ones.
The interested reader, if any, may ask "Why?"
To which poor old DonDiego can only answer "Why not?"
Anyway, according to the AP the recount got off to a "bumpy start". The interested reader may ask: "Was Ms. Snipes involved?"
To which poor old DonDiego can only reply: "Hell, YES ! ! !"
Ms. Snipes reported "a problem with one of the tabulating machines."
The Republican Party suggested Ms. Snipes is guilty of "incompetence and gross mismanagement."
The problem was resolved.
"Gov. Rick Scott, the Republican candidate for Senate, filed suit in a circuit court later Sunday against Snipes as Broward’s election supervisor. The suit seeks a judge’s order that law enforcement agents impound and secure all voting machines, tallying devices and ballots 'when not in use until such time as any recounts.'
The lawsuit said Snipes repeatedly failed to account for the number of ballots left to be counted, “obfuscated her ballot processing procedures” and failed to report results regularly as required by law."
. . . . . and so it goes, . . . . .
