Questions that Mark & PJ don't answer

On various threads I have asked Mark & PJ questions that they won't answer.

1- how will we pay for the 46 trillion Medicare unfunded deficit?

2- how will we pay for the 24 trillion social security unfunded deficit?

3- based on above how will we pay for a single payer?

4- if we let this caravan(mob) enter the US what will we do with the the next 2 currently forming?

5- how many mobs can we let cross the border?

I really hate to repeat myself

This is the thread where Tom defends Republicans record deficits while demanding I figure out how to resolve them.   I provided some ideas

And this is the thread where I gave Tom all the data he needs about how single payer costs way less than the crap we have now

I'm flattered Tom seeks my wisdom on all his questions...all of which I have indeed answered

I dont apologize if Tom doesn't like my answer.

Have a great day !

For PJ i will rephrase the question which is what I asked before.

If 3 states found single payer to be to expensive, what is your secret sauce so it isn't so expensive?  What you submitted wasn't an answer.

I'll rephrase my answer - those three states did not model a system based upon the rest of the industrialized free world.   All they did was attempt to consolidate the insurance market into one entity -    Which is a good idea but not enough to eliminate all the additional costs.

As one example....you would also need to do what Minnesota does with the Mayo Clinic.   Which is to pay doctors salaries instead of ala-carte for every test/procedure/surgery they perform.

There is a whole host of reforms that countries free of financial influence from wealthy industries have put in place that lowered their costs.  And I presented the final result for anyone who is graph literate to see.   They are cheaper than the United States with better outcomes.

And while we're on the subject of unanswered questions....I put this question to Tom.

Is he ok with Republicans cutting his medicare benefits as a means to reconcile the budget deficits caused by the "simpler fairer tax system"  put in place earlier this year ?

PJ still hasn't answered the question of where will the money come from?

And yes, Medicare will have to be cut to reduce the $46 trillion unfunded deficit which existed long before any tax cuts took effect

Once again, Tom.   Here's the thread where I lay out my support for the cheaper healthcare system...and also how I pay for it.      This is the same thread I linked to earlier and you pretend I didn;t or something.    let me know if you want me to post it again.

Golly, like PJ,  I have answered this question (how to pay for it) what seems like a hundred times.  I decided to paste my answer in from a couple of days ago to save me the trouble of typing it all over again.

How To Pay For It

Edited on Oct 30, 2018 12:29pm

Raising the minimum wage to wage will cause low end jobs to disappear, which Mcdonalds is doing by creating kiosks, retail stores are moving to self checkout, amazon will just add more robots.  Then we will hear "how can people live on just $15, they need food stamps.

What jobs are available for low end workers, who can't speak English?

So you solved the single payer, but how do you handle the $70+ trillion deficit & what to do with th thousands trying to overrun the border

No, it won't cause all the low-end jobs to disappear. Automation is causing all those service jobs to disappear.  Self-checkout and kiosks have been around for a long time now despite there being no increase in the Federal minimum wage since 2007. At some point as a society we have to ask ourselves just because something is technologically feasible should we do it.

Most of the jobs for immigrants in my area that don't require English are in food processing but there are also jobs in janitorial work, restaurant work and construction labor that do not require English speakers.  Oh, I forgot there are plenty of jobs for non-English speaking immigrants at the Trump properties all over the country.
