Raid! FBI Raids Michael Cohen’s Office

Please tell me just how a home equity loan is bank fraud. On his loan application, he didn’t put the reason for the loan is to pay hush money to a porn star. There was a SAR issued by the bank and he didn't say the check is to pay hush money to a porn star. There is also the matter of the checking account for the LLC.  The bank would have been required by Federal Law to ask him what the LLC’s business was when he opened the account.  Again, he didn't answer to pay hush money to a porn star.

Also, please tell me how taking out a home equity loan is a campaign finance violation.  If Cohen is being truthful and the funds came from his home equity loan, it would be an illegal in-kind campaign contribution because he didn’t report it to the FEC and it exceeded the $2,700 limit.

Tell me how taking out a home finance loan is attorney misconduct. It is not but the fact that he said the President didn’t know about it is.  Each state’s rules of professional conduct dictate Attorneys can’t negotiate and agree to settlements on behalf of clients without their consent.  If Trump didn’t know about it as claimed,  Cohen didn’t inform his client as the rules of professional conduct require.

No comment from the LVA moral quthorities MArk/PJ about the report that Andrew Mc Cabe lied multiple times.

All of your "reasons" ring hollow. The home equity loan was granted based on his home value and can be used used for anything. As usual, you make up crap to suit your inane falsehoods. Have you heard the phrase "get a life"? Give it a try.

Doc, don't be bitter becuase the Trump ship is sinking.

Every time the media posts a story about President Trump, Mark breathlessly reports that this is the end, but he is still here.

No words of wisdom bout McCabe?

Who cares about McCabe? He isn't President. He isn’t paying off porn stars, threating past sexual partners, making clandestine deals with Russian hackers, laundering money and paying bribes. But I love how the argument has changed even for a right-wing guy like you.  It is no longer but” Trump is innocent,” it is now “it is unfair how Trump got caught.”

If Trump gets indicted out of NY for what is in Choen’s files, I hope Republicans sit on their hands and refuse to do anything. Allowing an indicted or unindicted criminal to remain as President will forevermore taint the U.S. as a third world shithole country on the decline.

Bitter? No, not bitter. I am just tired of you and your ilk making a mountain out of a mole hill. 7 years from now you will still be here spouting falsehoods about President Trump.

Doc, Doc, Doc,

Making a mountain out of a molehill? How many years did the Republicans spend investigating Benghazi? They would have one investigation and at the end of it, announce they didn’t find anything. Then a few days later they would announce a new investigation that would interview all the same witnesses, look at the same evidence and conclude the same thing. Then like clockwork a few days later they would announce there was going to be another all-new Benghazi investigation. They repeated this cycle over and over again.  That was making a mountain out of a molehill.

Then we had Republicans repeat stories for months and years that weren’t even molehills.  They were total slanderous fabrications put out for naked political gain Obama’s Birth Certificate, Pizzagate, and the Seth Rich stories.  Now you want to complain that stories that have an actual basis in fact are molehills? That is rich Doc.

Never before has a sitting President of the United States been caught less than two weeks before an election making illicit payments to a former sex partner. Never before has a President’s National Security Advisor taken a felony plea deal and agreed to testify against the president.  Never before has a president’s campaign chair faced charges that will send him to prison for the rest of his life if he is found guilty.  Never before has a President’s deputy campaign chair pled guilty to multiple felonies that will put him behind bars for 2-5 years and agreed to testify against the president.  Never before has a President’s personal attorney had his home, hotel, office and safe deposit box raided by the FBI.  Never before has a president via his attorney’s gone before a Federal Court and argued that his own Justice Department run by his own appointees can’t be trusted to conduct an unbiased investigation into matters related to him. Anyone of these stories alone would be the political story of the century.

Doc no matter what happens from this point forward Donald Trump is going to go down in history as the most corrupt President ever.

You are mistaken - Bill Clinton sent Paula Jones a check for $850,000 to settle a "sexual misconduct"  (and we all know what is meant by sexual misconduct) suit. And he was the sitting President. Take that for your "never before" statement. From what I have read of your postings, you make up falsehoods based upon your "comprehension" of half truths and by taking supposed "facts" that have been taken out of context. Give it a rest - your personal hatred for President Trump is both childish and dispicable.

"Who cares about McCabe? He isn't President."  He is a FBI agent who was fired for lying.  He was part of the Clinton investigation, even though his wife was getting donations from the Democrats

Mark's comments about McCabe/comey/Mueller show his view of American justice.  No matter what their history of malfeasance is, he supports them no matter what as long as they hate President Trump
