I will occasionally listen to Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh on the radio. What they said was Trump needs to pardon everybody, Flynn, Mannafort, Cohen and all the rest. They also said not to fire Mueller. Today, Trump's former lawyer warned Trump that Cohen might flip. If Trump is innocent and has nothing to hide why would he care if somebody flips? Why does his strongest supporters advise him to pardon everyone if he has nothing to fear from what they might say?

Good questions. The thing is if he pardons someone while they are in the process of being investigated, Trump is guilty of another count of Obstruction of Justice. Furthermore, if he Pardons them, they can no longer invoke the 5th Amendment (as they can no longer self-incriminate) and can be forced to testify against Trump.
There is an old saying - "Don't believe everything you read" ,which in today's Fake News reporting norm, is good advice. I prefer to wait until there is undeniable proof before judging anyone guilty.
"Trump is guilty of another count of Obstruction of Justice."
Is there another count of obstruction?

By the time it is over, I think there will be quite a few. If you pardon someone to end or make an ongoing criminal investigation more difficult, it is obstruction of justice. Each person you pardon under such circumstances would be a separate count or charge of obstruction.
You said President Trump was guilty, which as usual is incorrect
Frequently you make statements of fact, which in reality are your own personal hopes.

Here is a fact Tom. Feast your eyes on Trump's new defense attorney.
