Random Notes From Brandenburg - A Town Still Occupied By The Confederacy

Seeing how Don Trump and our own Don shit their pants when Seattle voluntarily relinquished control of a six-block area, I am sure they are genuinely concerned about the occupation of an entire town by armed thugs?  They are not hypocrites, are they?

Golly, all of that for two protesters?

It seems the Confederacy is alive and well in Kentucky.  After the successful defense of this Confederate monument, which has only been there since 2016, these folks are traveling to Germany to demand that statues of Hitler and other high ranking Nazis be restored because of "heritage".

I am sad to say this town is only about 60 miles from my home. I am equally saddened that Indiana allowed their uniformed DNR officers to assist the Confederates.

We made a mistake, fighting to keep these scum in the Union. Then given that it was too late to turn back, we should have finished the war, executed every traitor, stripped the slaveholders of all their land and property, and given it to former slaves as compensation. We should NEVER have allowed the Confederate states to rejoin the Union---the Confederacy should still be a federal occupied territory.

Kentucky, Missouri, and Maryland should have been allowed to rejoin, but with the abovementioned reparations for former slaves. We allowed the South to all but instantly return to its white supremacist ways in 1870.

So I'm not surprised to see crowds of White boy yahoos screaming at protestors who are promoting racial justice. That concept doesn't set too well in that part of the world, after centuries of inbreeding.

Remember who owned the slaves? -

Southerners.

It's ignorant to say that the Democratic party of 1865 had any resemblance to the Democratic party of 2020. All they share is a name.

The Republican party has taken over the position of being the party of race hatred and bigotry.

You know, you can't honor Lincoln and the Confederate flag at the same time. And mean it.

So much for the Republican Party taking over the position of race hatred and bigotry. Todays DemocRatic run cities -First, the top ten homeless cities are sanctuary cities, all led by Democrats.  

Second, the top-ten “most dangerous” are led by Democrats. 

Third, the top-25 “most dangerous” are mostly Democrat-led, and among the poorest and least employed, with weak infrastructure, tax base and incentives for private investment.   

Fourth, among the 25 “most dangerous,” most face stifling poverty of 18 and 39 percent, against the national average of 12. 3 percent.  These Democrat-led cities are America’s poorest.

Fifth, most of these cities suffer unemployment rates from 4.4 and 9.3 percent, versus 3.7 nationally.

All the cities Stalker referred to have major-league sports, lots of Chinese restaurants, and several TV stations.

Therefore, we can conclude that major-league sports, Chinese restaurants, and TV stations lead to poverty.
