RAY LEWIS III DIED FROM "ACCIDENTAL OVERDOSE" ... According To Cop

Accidental?? They always say that when some sort of a celebrity or celebrities family member dies from taking drugs. How does one "accidentally" take drugs?

That means they didn't intend to kill themselves when they took the drugs.  They were just trying to get high.

If an ordinary person died for as a result of an overdose, the media would just label it as "an overdose" - not as "accidental". That's like saying it was OK to take drugs -  the dead person is not at fault for taking the drugs that cost them their life.

When they die, they always make the distinction celebrity or not. They look for things like notes to determine if there was any intent. What matters is what is in the corner's report.  Not what the media reports.

Bullshit. The coroner doesn't have the ability or license to determine "intent". I stand by my previous posting.

They have to. For example if it's an accidental overdose, life insurance pays out, but if it's an intentional overdose a lot of times they don't have to.  In some cases that distinction makes all the difference in the world.

More bullshit. Without being there, no one can determine if an overdose was intentional or accidental.

Lol police conduct an investigation.  They do all sorts of medical tests.  For example if someone snorts a line of  coke and has a heart attack, the medical examiner will look for underlying medical conditions that caused them to have an abnormal reaction to a normal recreational dose.  See Billy Mays.

WTF are you talking about? Have you completely lost your mind? Underlining causes? It is real simple, people who do drugs are responsible for what happens to them. And you are saying that someone taking a drug and then dying from taking the drug is not an "accident" - they took the drug.

Millerscum's illogic is breathtaking. His stupidity is appalling. His mean-spiritness is disgusting. And his ignorance is...expected.

An accidental outcome, legallly and medically, is one that was not intended. And "responsibility" is not an issue as far as what the coroner reports and what life insurance companies determine. In Mark's example, the heart attack caused the death, not the drug.

Millerscum is a fucking idiot. And that has nothing to do with our political disagreements. He's an idiot.
