Well, according to the Shortbus Trio, an "illegal" is someone who has entered the US legally, so...
Well it is a very simple question, but for our conservative friends here, they have to have the balls to take it on.
Hence the absence of comments from Boilerman, tom, David, and especially Charles Higgins.

I don't think Higgins has ever referred to asylum seekers and legal immigrants as "illegals." The Shortbus Trio, definitely.
You're right about their testicular heft or lack thereof.
Calling all right-wingers with the balls to answer this question!!!!!!!
[crickets]
Here is the difference
Current law (passed by Congress) has extremely straightforward rules, requiring the Department of Homeland Security to hold all inadmissible “applicants for admission” (including and especially illicit border crossers) until they’re either granted asylum or removed.
So the people that swim across the river, hide in trucks & cross at points that are not legal entry points are not allowed entry into the country.
The U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) is a permanent resettlement pathway to the United States managed by the Department of State. The USRAP accepts referrals from the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), U.S. Embassies, and certified NGOs, for individuals across refugee populations determined to be the most vulnerable and in need of the protection provided by third-country resettlement.Refugee processing through the USRAP is a multi-step process which includes pre-screening, an interview with a DHS/USCIS officer, security screening and vetting, a medical exam, assignment to a resettlement agency, completion of case documentation, and arrangements for travel to the United States.
Others are admitted came via the Biden administration’s “Uniting for Ukraine” program, which allows Americans to sponsor Ukrainians to prove that they will be financially supported in the U.S. DHS, which administers the program, said more than 200,000 Americans came forward as sponsors.
There are no sponsors for the 100,000+ people in NYC who are currently housed in tent cities as well as the other people scattered in cities around the country.
Meanwhile
The Department of Homeland Security’s internal watchdog has found that officials at the besieged southern border often failed to accurately obtain the addresses of tens of thousands of the migrants it released into the United States – finding that at least 177,000 migrants have been released after giving either an invalid or illegitimate address, or not giving one at all, to Border Patrol agents.
The watchdog reviewed 981,671 migrant records between March 2021 and August 2022, which marked the first year and a half of the migrant crisis which is still raging today. They found that more than 177,000 records were either missing, invalid, or not legitimate. Notably, more than 54,000 address records were left blank.
And then there are the gotaways
More than 1.5 million illegal migrants have slipped into the US since Joe Biden took office — more than three times the number recorded during the last three years of Trump’s presidency, Department of Homeland Security data shows
Nonanswer tom. How about a yes or a no?
You are dense/stupid. The Ukranians were were legally admitted into the country by various programs & the govt knows where they are. The illegals violated US law by illegally entering the country & the biden gang violated the law by letting them roam the country unsupervised.

So you refuse to answer. I guess I'll have to settle for that. Now run along.
MP can't read. The are not illegal as the Ukranians came in legally thru various govt programs. The illegals broke the law when they came into the country.

According to the law you cannot be released until the asylum claim is granted; so all the released people wandering the country are illegal.
