The House passed a pandemic relief bill in May. Republican efforts to blame her for their recalcitrance are pathetic.
If you view the article it will explain the problems with the new pandemic relief bill as it stands. Meanwhile, millions of Americans and thousands of businesses are suffering while Pelosi plays games. It is all there.
The "problems" are just that Republicans have suddenly gotten fiscal religion and don't want to cough up the money. It's stupid and shortsighted on their part. Blaming Pelosi is also stupid. You're only doing that because Fox News has a direct conduit to your brain.
There is 3 Billion dollars there that are available from the first relief package that Pelosi is holding up, and there is 130 Billion dollars sitting in the PPP that Pelosi and Schumer are also holding up, immediately available with congressional approval. Pelosi and Schumer are holding up the release of these funds for political reasons - meanwhile Americans are suffering and continue to suffer. Once again, it is all there for one to view.
You just moved the goalposts. You were talking about "the new relief bill." Then, when I refuted your attack on Pelosi, you switched to talking about a much smaller sum of money from the first bill.
Sorry, you can't rationally blame Pelosi for the Senate's failure to pass a second relief bill.
