Remember when I pointed out that Trump is negotiating through the media regarding Gaza takeover

Kevin will claim that he doesn't recall because lies, but the rest of you do.  While I'm confident that Trump will take over Gaza if needed, as I stated days ago his goal is to get Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and possible others to take over Gaza.  These two countries have said months ago that they won't do this.  From the WSJ (Kevin, this is a legitamate paper known as the Wall Street Journal...you should check it out):

"Egypt has launched a diplomatic blitz to corral support for an Arab-led and funded initiative to rebuild the Gaza Strip, setting aside old political concerns."

The reason that this discussion is happening is becaue they know Trump isn't a pussy.  It's the peace through strenth that continues to baffle Liberals even though it unfolds in front of their eyes.

 In my opinion, I would think that Egypt, Saudi Arabia and other Arab nations would welcome peace in their region. The idea that President Trump has championed makes sense and could benefit all of those nations if they all would join in this venture. 

Any Arab govenrment that works with Donald Trump or Benny N to displace Palestrinians from their land in Gaza will instantly become a target for Hamas, Hezbollough, Isis, end every other Islamic terror group in the region.    Thats why the King of Jordan gave Trump the "you're out of your fucking mind" look at their joint press conference.     

There will be no negotiated peace settlement that involves displacing Palestinians.  If that happens it will be by force.     And this is where our resident WW3 pacifists can chime in with how much they dont want US military actions overseas. 

  If I remember correctly President Trump wiped out Isis his first term. They were non existant until brain dead Biden resurected them. Hamas, Hezbollogh and Isis can all be wiped out permentally, especially if the Arab nations joined in together. Possibly the only peace settlement that could be rendered would be by resettling Palestinians to a land where they could live their lives in peace. 

What is PJ'S suggestion?  By the way, as I stated before, Trumps goal is the step away and let the two most responsible countries (or least irresponsible) countries take over.  We do nothing.

You're asking me how to make peace in Israel/Palestine?    No clue.   I'm not sure its possible.     Perhaps the best we can hope for is a long term ceasefire with all hostages returned.     

What I do know for a fact is that Palestinians are not the least bit interested in moving somewhere else.   And neighboring countries are not the least bit interested in inviting 2 million Plalestinian refugees into their countries.   Thats why the only person suggesting that is the United States president who probably spent as much time researching his solution as I spent typing this post.

If you move Palestinians out of Gaza it will be by force.    Are you prepared to do that and suffer all the same consequences as we did in Iraq?    Some people want that.  Ironically they are the same people who want to surrender Ukraine to Russia out of some BS ideology of getting out of foreign conflicts.

Oh - and you are wrong about Trump's proposal.

I don't give a fuck about the Palastians who voted for terrorist governments for,...what, five decades.  They made their own path and it didn't work out for them.  How does the world bring peace to the region?  I believe that Trump is walking Saudi Arabia and Egypt into exactly what needs to happen.

Fair enough.  I dont have alot of sympathy for the Palestinians and their choices over the years.   Israel has always been a better partner in the peace process there. 

But that doesnt change the dynamic on the ground.    If Saudi Arabia or Egypt helps displace Palestinans then they open themselves up to be targets of terrorist groups.   Maybe you dont care.   I guarantee you the people of those countries and their governments do.
