Stupid Boiler, asshole Miller, angry Charles, moron Tom, all you foolhard fuckhead MAGAs...this is not our land. These are not our people. We have no business using anything but diplomacy in the region, and no justification to force our will on it.
And Boiler in particular is a fucking fool if he thinks that "strength" means peace. In the modern world, the exertion of brute force simply escalates tensions, makes enemies, and creates and prolongs conflicts. It's not a world where one group owns all the technology, population, and power. That might have been ancient Rome...but it's not modern Earth. Everybody has guns, communications, and transport. You can't expect to just roll in somewhere and stomp them flat and expect them to stay down forever or the conflict to stay localized.
Of course, the above argument disregards the utter immorality of ruling or trying to rule with brute force, with which Boiler is obviously cool.
