IVF is legal in all 50 states. However this bill would have would mandate coverage for experimental, controversial procedures like cloning, or gene editing, or providing fertility treatments to men who think they’re women and would force Christian hospitals to provide fertility care that is antithetical to their faith.
I don't even bother fact checking Tom anymore. But any state laws that make it illegal to dispose of fertilized zygotes ( babies! ) that makes IVF illegal.

Tom's "fertility treatments for men who think they're women" is obviously complete nonsense. So the rest of his post is almost certainly nonsense as well
If you think a zygote is a human being then you cant be for IVF. And that puts Republicans in a really awkward position.
