Schumer has repeatedly asked for guarantees that if they vote for the stopgap bill, it will be presented to the House UNALTERED. The Republipigs have refused to promise that.

 

So the real obstacle, despite the MAGA propaganda, is the Republipigs. If they want to end the shutdown, all they have to do is guarantee that the stopgap bill will in fact be clean. But they won't.

 

I'm sure Millerscum will bleat LIAR LIAR LIAR. But I encourage him and other MAGA pigs to do their research.
