I recently saw a video where he held a number of food products and read the ingredient labels, picking one ingredient from each product as an especially heinous example of how the food industry is "poisoning our children." For what I think was some kind of drink mix, his strident criticism was for the horrid poisonous riboflavin.
Except...riboflavin is Vitamin B2.
