We ALL make verbal and physical gaffes and stumbles. Old people make them more often.
In no particular order and each of these things happened more than once. Not a single doctor has come out and said he was competent. His own handlers are silent on the subject.

6- he didn't just stumble; he needed special shoes and had to use the little boy stairs on Air Force 1
