In states where there are restrictions on gun carrying, there are fewer gun deaths. In countries where the average citizen can't own or carry a gun at all, there are virtually no gun deaths. This is pretty basic. Towns in the West in the 19th century knew that--that's why they enacted ordinances against carrying guns.
Idiots like Boiler continually bleat that gun control laws don't make any difference. They ignore the much higher rate of gun deaths in yahoo gun-love red states.
And just to educate Boiler (or to try, at least--it's probably futile), a person with a gun doesn't have to be a convicted felon or even a criminal of any kind to be dangerous. When guns instead of fists (or shouting) are used to settle disputes, people die. Period. Idiots like Boiler think that their "PRESHUS SECUND AMENDYMINT FREEDUMBS" make all that bloodshed worth it.
Our country is regressing to the 19th century. Stupid fucking asshole conservitards.
