Giuliani made similar claims to The New York Times. "My back hurts, but otherwise I'm able to walk and stuff like that," he said, adding that he had red marks on his back. In a Monday morning video posted on his Facebook page, Giuliani said that when he got "hit on the back" it was "as if a boulder hit me."

See for yourself. It was a pat on the back.

 People need to keep their hands - and mouths - to themselves. It is obvious by watching the video that this person wanted Rudy's attention and had something to say to Rudy. Whether the "pat" was injurious or not is not the point here.  And calling a person a "POS" is in no way warranted - just more SEWAGE spewed in an effort to defame another individual who reacted to unwanted physical contact.

Now say this to the Jan 6 insurrectionists...... POS........We'll wait.

A pat to get someone's attention isn't illegal neither is calling someone a POS. Rudy ought to be charged with filing a false complaint.

His account is spoken like the cheap ambulance chasing attorney that he is.

I would expect nothing less.
