Where is the court of law that has already proven the guys are felons?
I don't know the personal history of those two. As to where such a court of law might be, a possible answer would be "Ukraine." I do not have access to Ukrainian court records.
It's a stupid thing to discuss either way. They were arrested. They will be tried for multiple felonies. Whether or not they are already convicted felons as of this moment (for some other crimes, presumably) has very little bearing on the issue, though Stalker is trying to make it seem important. (Actually, he's just using it as an excuse to hurl childish insults at Mark and me.)
As to whether they are actually guilty--well, there was an arrest warrant, so there was probable cause, and that's all anyone knows right now. Any statement that they were just going on a pleasure excursion and their meeting with Giuliani was just a friendly social occasion unconnected with their indictments is ludicrous, though. They were clearly fleeing to avoid prosecution. That one walks like a duck and quacks like a duck.
