What Trump almost certainly didn't understand is that Time's "Man (Person) of the Year" designation is for the person they consider to have been most influential--it's NOT an award. Stalin "won" twice and Hitler "won" once.
But Trump did definitely seize any chance to suck Putin's dick, even back then.
