I find that odd because we have a shit ton of them in the Southern part of the state and generally speaking it is a much more conservative area than Indianapolis. Since it is a rural area, we don't have shelters or other services for them, so it is not like they are being rewarded at all.

And that the doing benefits the homeless more than the organizers and people in high places who get the media attention but don't do much, which is always a problem, as well as the mental health problems, financial fairness, laws, morals, and now many regulations that get in the way (like distribution of food requiring public health inspectors), but I digress and don't have all the answers.

The Article includes a chart of the incidents increasing over the last 8 years, . . . suggesting exponential growth, with the exception of a brief slowdown in 2017.
I just love Liberal policy at work. "Nope, this policy won't cause any more pooping in the streets".
