San Francisco is kicking ass by all Liberal metrics

Davey Dog is such a sweet guy. It must be (oops, MUST) be because he lives in Tay-ucks-ass--and because he's a fucking asshole.

Well, I usually respond with, "Why does Kevin McCarthy's Bakersfield have double the murder rate of Nancy Pelosi's San Francisco?" - but now it's time to branch out.

So let's compare the very Democratic San Franciso with a very Republican Florida City, shall we? Jacksonville has had a Republican mayor for the last eight years and 26 out of the last 30. So it's time to compare and contrast!

Compared with San Francisco, Jacksonville residents are 5% more likely to be victimized by violent crime, 10% more likely to die from fentanyl overdose, 28% more likely to die from violent causes, 45% more likely to die as infants or in childbirth, 59% more likely to commit suicide, 2.6 times more likely to be murdered, 3.3 times more likely to die from COVID-19, and 3.8 times more likely to die by guns. And Jacksonville residents are three times as likely to lack health insurance, which is sometimes, you know, deadly.

And as Governor Newsom recently pointed out to Sean Hannity, "Per capita, more Floridians move to California than Californians moving to Florida." That shouldn't be surprising.

And how do the racial demographics differ between these two cities, and how often are certain racial groups involved with crime and being a victim of a crime?

As my mom used to say, "The proof is in the pudding."  People are fleeing California, and people are flocking to Florida.  We can discuss what policies work and what policies don't, but the ramifications of policies are blatantly obvious.  Florida wins by a landslide.

https://www.neighborhoodscout.com/fl/crime.

California crime is above average; while Florida is average to below average.  Jacksonville's crime index is 8 while San Fran is a 2.  100 is considered very safe while a 1 is very unsafe.

About those Florida moving rates from Newsom

Hakan Yilmazkuday, a Florida International University economics professor, calculated census data and got the same results. But he believes that because the data relies on estimates that are subject to measurement errors, the figures are not statistically significant. Factoring in the margin of error could sway the data in either direction, Yilmazkuday said.

People from Ca are moving from Ca to the western states, whose populations are increasing

At the end of the day Ca population is declining, while Florida's population is increasing.

What is your "proof" that people who leave Califorrnia are "fleeing" anything?

Sorry to call you out on your nonsense, Boiler, but I won't let you get away with your idiot statements without any proof. You don't know why people move without talking to them. And aside from any of your imaginary friends, you've never done that.

White people commit more crime in the US than any other race. And MAGAs commit ten times more crimes than normal humans.

Q.E.D.

Oh my.  People are leaving California because it's not wat it used to be.  Why does Kevin think that they are leaving?

"People are leaving" has been true since California became a state. "People are arriving" has also been true since California became a state. Those two things have always been true for every other state as well.

And no state (thank God) is what it used to be. Despite conservitards' desperate urge to live in the past and stifle progress, things change, evolve, and grow.

Why does Boiler think people are moving to California?

Kevin, this is all about net population.  People are fleeing the state.  You are one of the only people who doesn't recognize the ugly Liberal truth.

Nope. I don't accept "fleeing." You don't know why population shifts are occurring, no matter how much you pretend that you do.
