Yep, those intelligent people are doing such a good job in places like San Francisco, Portland, Chicago, Philadelphia, Minneapolis.....the list goes on. Each of these places is going to hell. Heading into financial ruin, each a homeless mess, drug cesspool, business leaving, the successful leaving.
Kevin thinks the decisions being made are by smart people. These Liberals, like most, don't have a clue how to make a city successful.
