Here's what dumb fuck asshole ignorant Miller didn't mention. The program is to help IMPOVERISHED transgender people--not ALL such people. To qualify, they have to earn less than $600 a month--and will receive $1200 a month for up to 18 months. Not exactly a king's ransom in one of the most expensive cities in the country.
This makes scum like Miller all butt-hurt, but it's efficient, given that without that added income, these folks would need and consume far more social services than they will with it. And as far as helping people who need it--that's "insanity" in his twisted mind. He won't have to go to San Francisco--he can stay in Texas, where the response to people in need is to shoot at them.
