Can't be true.  You guys know that there are no drugs that will enhance cognitive performance, right?  Stimulants like amphetamines will improve alertness and the anti-dementia drugs have subtle effects at best.

The idiot conservitard myth of Biden getting all hopped up on drugs before a speech has no scientific or factual basis. About the most anyone can do is drink coffee (which has its own drawbacks).

If there was a drug that you could take to improve short-term cognitive performance, it would be on the market.

If Republicans had confidence in Trump's abilities, would they be talking about this? I'm pretty sure the answer that is no.

The script's already written. Trump will babble, misbehave, and be an asshole, and Biden will follow the rules and actually answer the questions posed. Then will come the nonsense about Biden taking drugs, the moderators being unfair to poor Trumpy-poo, etc. etc.

          HaHaHaHa. 

Trump has been an Adderall abuser most of his adult life.  If you see him wandering away from podium and wandering around on stage red-faced with sweat dripping off of him, you know he hit the Adderall hard.

Make no mistake about it Adderall does boost your alertness and energy level. It works.  The downside is it takes a tremendous toll on your mind and body.

Imagine you have a tiny low powered engine in your car.   Now strap on a big turbo charger and suddenly you have a performance car.  Engines with turbos tend to fail a lot sooner than naturally aspirated engines especially so if you keep increasing the boost to get more and more performance. 

The more you boost the car the sooner the engine burns up.  Adderall works on the human body the same way. It gives you a boost, shoots your energy and alertness levels up and makes it easier to concentrate. Physically you feel stronger and faster.

 At first it feels like you have been given superpowers but as your body adapts you have to keep boosting the dosage to get that having super powers feeling.

If you keep going, it literally starts burring your mind and body up.  It tears your heart up, you develop severe paranoia which eventually leads to a psychosis and most embarrassingly you lose control of your bowels.

Interesting. The Turd has obviously been slowly losing his mind, but I didn't know that the cause was pharmaceutical.

Apparently some staffers from the Apprentice commented that he snorted Adderall.  Is Trump diagnosed with ADHD?  There are also a few videos out there from doctors that truly believe, from his mannerisms and appearance, that he could still be taking Adderall, or phentermine, so your thoughts on the subject are not unfounded.  Excellent observation and analogy, Mark.
