Having President Biden in the White House is very good for Fox News ratings! It makes Fox News viewers feel even more victimized, which perversely, they seem to like.
And as you may have heard, many people (like me!) are cutting the cord and streaming rather than subscribing to cable. But do you know who's AFRAID of making a change like that? Elderly people. The average Fox News Viewer is 69 years old.
So there are lots of Americans who feel victimized and afraid. There's your Fox demographic.
I dropped cable several years & now use Hulu. Also have Disney, Amazon & Paramount
seriously need to look at cutting the cord. My Comcast bill now sits at $220/month for internet / cable/ HBO. Thats just stupid expensive

Your cable company probably pays $20 per year to Fox News because you are hooked up, even if you never tune into Fox. That's another good reason.
