4 Oathkeepers were convicted of that today.
And there are currently members of Congress that were involved.
Let that sink in.

I incorrectly assumed that this discussion was about why the FBI stormed Trumps home, yet has never treated Sleepy with equal vigor.

🤣 How could it be seditious conspiracy with Trump? He is nothing more than a bitter old man.
And yes, you generally get treated different when you cooperate.

For the same reason that murder and jaywalking aren't prosecuted the same way.

Um, the Justice Department and the National Archives were invited to Trumps home to review all files well in advance of the FBI raid. They visited his home before the raid.
Mark, what are your news sources?
since when do the Hillary email sleuths have a big problem with the FBI seizing documents?
Fact Check regarding FBI and Trump documents
" It is not true that federal investigators could have long ago obtained the government records in Trump’s possession just by asking. By the time of the search, the federal government had been asking Trump for more than a year to return records from his presidency. Even when the Justice Department went beyond asking in May and served Trump’s team with the subpoena for the return of all documents with classification markings, Trump’s team returned only some of these documents – and then, in June, Trump lawyer Christina Bobb signed a document certifying on behalf of Trump’s office that all of the documents had been returned, though that was not true."

And they get to investigate themselves. I have a feeling that "witch hunt" is going to end up pointing to ANTIFA.

Not to review "all files." They were shown only a small fraction of the files Trump actually stole.
The DOJ knew that many documents were missing, and the chain of custody indicated that Trump had them, but Trump and his lackeys swore on the figurative stack of Bibles (i.e., signed affidavit) that they didn't have them. Until the raid proved that they did.
A lotta difference between that and Biden and his staffers fully cooperating with the investigation.

Can Kevin provide any proof that the DOJ was only able to see a fraction of the classified documents?

That's what the DOJ reported. That dearth of documents acknowledged by Trump's lackeys, when the DOJ knew there were many more missing, is what prompted the DOJ raid.
You see, Boiler buddy, they weren't sure who had those top secret documents, but if Trump was telling the truth (not bloody likely!), then they had to find out where those documents were. They knew, though, that you can't trust a lying Trump.
