The Border Patrol posted a video of a young man of color in shackles, and then people being loaded onto a plane with BORDER PATROL promintently displayed at they were walking up the stairs onto the plane. The music for the video is a snippet of the Semisonic song, "Closing Time."

Semisonic, the band that wrote and performed "Closing Time" has denounced the White House using the song.
There are no copyright infringements, as they sold the rights to the song to a company.
