Neither menendez or santos have been convicted but only 1 person was removed. Lying Kevin previously said santos was convicted & now he is backpedaling again.

No, "your wrong." Any efforts to remove Menendez, by Democrats or anyone else, would have to involve due process. They can't just up and kick him out if he decides to have his day in court. An indictment alone isn't enough.

And as a matter of fact, I have said dozens of times in these forums that Trump is entitled to a fair trial for each and every one of his 91 felonies. You must not have been paying much attention.
