They can talk to and fellate each other if they wish, but their nasty and stupid ideas aren't worthy of discussion among us. I doubt that they'll go away, but we can definitely ignore them. I should have, a long time ago.
Another reason to ignore them is that they're moral and intellectual cowards and hypocrites. When called out on their shit, and refuted and schooled, they slink away and don't have the guts to answer questions. So...not worthy of our attention.
