Six misdemeanors, a $6,000 fine, and she has to write a letter. Plus testify later if subpeonaed. She would have received harsher punishment for six traffic tickets.
The proper punishment for these people is to be disemboweled, on live TV, while spectators cheer, and their entrails burned in front of them while they're still alive. They tried to destroy our country. They deserve to be destroyed themselves.
This won't affect Trump's outcome at all. Neither will any of his cronies caving in and cutting deals. You forget--there's already a gigantic mountain of evidence against him. The government doesn't need the testimony of his lackeys.
As I've been saying---this only has to hit a Trumpy judge, or one Trumpy juror, and it'll all blow up. And it will.
6 years of probation. In most jurisdictions that is 6 years of reporting to a PO, restricted travel and no alcohol or drug consumption. That will make her 74 when she has to quit reporting to a PO. That's not how I would want to spend my retirement. And the deal was good for both her and the prosecutor because the prosecutor now has a high level conspirator that was in the room with Orange Julius when the plans were made.
