Yeah, Trump stuffed the courts with what he thought would be a collection of loyal judges who would rule in his favor on any case, regardless of merit. Turns out, at least some of them are judges first and Republicans second. Who knew!

I very much doubt the Supreme Court will even consent to hear the case. You can't just walk in there screaming and waving your arms a la Rudy the Rat and expect to be heard. Your case has to have merit and you have to have---that word again---evidence.
