Now if you want pure speculation on what crime has been committed, I can accomodate,  We have to guess why Hunter is being investigated.   Is it for money laundering?  Tax evasion?   Violation of foreign agent laws?  Once you establish that, then the question is how or if Joe was involved.  If he was getting a cut on illegal deals then he's part of a conspiracy and just as guilty as Hunter.  So in this case I'll just go with racketeering and conspiracy to commit money laundering.  The charges may be more serious on deals that were done while Joe was in office.  Like when he threatened to withhold billions in aid unless Ukraine fired the prosecutor investigating Hunter's corrupt business associates.  Quid Pro Joe.

 

But, the fact is we don't know the facts.  We know there is a grand jury investigation of Hunter.  We know the 'cut for the big guy' was brought up and 'The Big Guy' is Joe.  We know millions and millions of dollars flowed to the Bidens from corrupt Ukrainian companies, Russian oligarchs and front companies for the Chinese Communist Party.  We also know Joe lied about never discussing Hunter's business.  We see evidence of Joe golfing with Hunter and his felon former partner, evidence of favors for Hunter's clients, meet and greets with various Hunter cronies.  

 

So is this a scandal that leads directly to the President?  Is it a big nothingburger?  Is it just Joe's corrupted drug addled son and brother who have been selling the Biden name for decades?  Of course democrats were telling us Hunter's laptop was 'Russian Disinformation' for over a year.  What else are they lying about?  Once again, David Miller is right.  Only time will tell.

Trump saw several of his inner circle CONVICTED and SENTENCED to felonies regarding all of the crimes you are SPECULATING about Hunter Biden with no evidence.     Illegal foriegn agents, lying to the FBI, tax crimes, campaign fraud......that wasnt Liberal conspiracy in Trump world.  That factually happend.  And there was plenty of evidence long before anyone was even indicted.   Please tell me I'm wrong.

 

The author of this thread has stated without evidence the nature of the crime is some kind of  illegal "Pay for Play" scam but cant say who was paid or played....or got what illegal gift in return.
