And when something good happens...he's suddenly powerless and had nothing to do with it?
Do you see the contradiction? Plain as day to me.
The reality, of course, is that the President's power is quite limited and his ability to influence events is marginal at best. This was a very good thing when the Orange Turd was in power. And if you truly think Biden is incompetent, it's also something you should celebrate.
