His daily brief is sometimes on the schedule & sometimes not.  Are they forgetting to put it on th schedule or is the more likely case there is no briefing.

You've already said that Biden was on a beach in Delaware when he was actually thousands of miles away. Most recently, he was in Israel and San Francisco, respectively...and you bleated that he was on the beach in Delaware.
