So a governor is spending $15.5 million of taxpayer-funded commercials regarding a voter referendum.

For the sake of argument, let's assume it's a governor Hillary Clinton or governor Nancy Pelosi or governor Taylor Swift.

 

Would that governor or any governor be absolutely wrong for doing so? Anyone refusing to answer that question yes or no has smaller balls than the ladies listed above.

So where is this happening? Lemme guess--red state?
