Socialism showing well in Venezuela!

I recall on this site when many of the liberals argued that  Democratic politicians had no interest in socialism. I and others argue differently.  Now leading dems are selling socialism.

No....they are selling socialist solutions to very specific problems - like healthcare as one example.    Republicans have countered by saying they have a better, capitalist solution in their hidden box behind curtain number 3.

And that’s the choice America has.

If if you sincerely believe free market capitalism is a better path then you should not let your leadership get away with the empty box....and make them show America why it’s cheaper, higher quality, and better consumer protections.

Hmmm, I own Ford stock and we were told, the demand is just not there for small cars, and the new CEO is smart enough to stop making cars people do not want! I laugh evertime I go to any venue it is all Trucks, mini-vans, and SUVs, so the smart thing to do is to make trucks, SUVs, and a few mini-vans. But, I guess my IQ is so low, so I must be wrong!

When confronted with questions on costs, $50 trillion in unfunded liabilities under current Medicare & waiting times, we are told by the liberals not to worry about it - trust us.

Thats what happens when Republicans pass a medicare part-D program that is not paid for....and then tell the Drug companies to charge as much as they want.    And then blame Democrats for the mess.

So yeah - I trust Democrats.  You can like or not like Obamacare - but the math for it was honest  and it was paid for    ( 2 attributes you wont find in any Republican bill).     And Republicans dont have a bill

"Thats what happens when Republicans pass a medicare part-D program that is not paid for" - I don't think that is what is causing the $50 trillion unfunded deficit

You're right because its 37 trillion....over 75 years.   Or about half the amount of Trump's Federal deficit extended to the same time period.

Medicare part D costs estimated $140 billion dollars/year.  Source   Or about 1/3 of the unfunded liability.   And thats brought to you by the "Defictis dont matter" administration that made no attempt whatsoever to pay for it.
